Senior Electronics Engineer – Medical Devices

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Electronics Engineer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hardware electronics design and embedded software development, particularly in Linux-based systems and Qt frameworks.
You will play a key role in the design, development, and testing of next-generation medical devices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and test electronic hardware for medical devices, including analog and digital circuits.
• Develop embedded software for device control and user interfaces using Linux and Qt.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical engineers, and clinical experts.
• Participate in system architecture design and integration of hardware and software components.
• Ensure compliance with medical device regulations and standards (e.g., IEC 62304, IEC 60601).
• Support prototyping, debugging, and validation of electronic systems.
• Document design processes, specifications, and test results.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in hardware electronics design and embedded software development.
• Proficiency in Linux-based development environments.
• Fluency in English and Dutch (written and spoken) is required.
• Strong experience with Qt for GUI development.
• Solid understanding of micro controllers, PCB design, and signal processing.
• Experience with medical device development is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards and documentation practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Content Manager

Position Overview:
If you’re proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about impactful communication, we want you on our team! We’re looking for a creative and driven Content Manager to help us share our story and strengthen the F Care Systems brand.

As Content Manager, you will take the lead in creating, managing, and optimising content across multiple channels. You will ensure our messaging is consistent, professional, and engaging resonating with healthcare professionals, partners, and patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and executing a content strategy aligned with our business goals.
• Creating engaging content for our website, social media, newsletters, campaigns.
• Design brochures, patient flyers, booth design,…
• Monitoring content performance, analysing results and making improvements.
• Guarding brand voice and tone across all communication touchpoints.
• Planning and managing social media content to ensure timely and consistent posting.
• Collaborating with sales teams and our regulatory and quality department to make clear, impactful and messages in line with healthcare regulations.

Qualifications:

• A degree in Marketing or Visual Communications or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of proven experience in content creation and management.
• Excellent writing and editing skills in English (Dutch/French/German is a plus).
• Strong understanding of social media, intermediate knowledge of SEO and digital marketing trends.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• A creative mindset combined with a structured, strategic approach.
• Experience with the Adobe Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro or other design programs.
