Sales Responsible South Florida (self-employed)

As Sales Responsible South Florida you are part of the Sales Department and you report to the Sales Account USA in Belgium and locally to the CEO. You represent F Care Systems within the South Florida region.

Responsibilities:

  • The focus is on developing and maintaining close relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Manages the orders from quotation to delivery. Follows up everything closely, coordinates and adjusts as needed.
  • Assists customers during education, trainings and demonstrations.
  • Follows trends and developments in the market and tries to respond on them.
  • Actively seeks new collaborations by establishing and maintaining customer relationships or partnerships.
  • Represents the company by participating in fairs, exhibitions, conferences and discussions aimed at gathering, representing and sharing knowledge.
  • Sets up a sales plan, prepares sales budgets, forecasts and closely monitors their management.
  • Ensures the development and implementation of effective strategic sales plans with a clear vision on sales and practical short- and long-term actions.
  • Is attentive to trends, developments and opportunities in the market. Provides sales and market analysis, monitors trends and developments and reports on this.
  • Discovers gaps in the market and responds to the weaknesses of the competition and keeps abreast of their product range. Pay attention to trends, developments and opportunities in the market. Provides sales and market analyses, monitors trends and developments and reports on this.

Profile:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • At least several successful years of experience in medical device sales
  • Knowledge of the industry, market and technical expertise are a plus
  • Knowledge of  CRM, ERP systems and Microsoft Office

  • Has persuasive powers, and can present the company’s vision enthusiastically and convincingly

Technical and Logistics Assistant

Job Description (click here):

Assembly of portable medical devices.
You will help assemble medical devices used to help patients. By carefully following the assembly instructions, you will place electronic circuit boards and cables into a housing.
On top of that you assist the logistics team packing orders based on a packing list.

Skills:
You work accurately and have an eye for detail. You are somewhat handy and working with a screwdriver, screw machine or soldering iron does not put you off. Experience with soldering is a bonus but not a must. Provided you are handy this can be learned. Background with electronics or electricity is a plus.
