Job Description
At F Care Systems, we’re hiring a Junior Quality and Regulatory Assistant to join our team at our Berchem (Antwerp) office. This is a full-time, on-site role—perfect for someone who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and gain hands-on experience. This role offers practical experience and early responsibility, making it a great opportunity to learn, grow, and build your career in regulatory affairs and quality management alongside a supportive team.

Your day-to-day tasks will include

• Drafting and maintaining product submission files for CE, FDA, and other markets
• Communicating with regulatory agencies such as the FDA and European notified bodies
• Participating in quality audits
• Communicating with distributors and assisting them with local registration
• Maintaining the quality management system of F Care Systems in compliance with ISO 13485
• Preparing and submitting reimbursement files

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Able to work independently and take initiative
• Detail-oriented and well-organised
• Eager to learn and grow in a regulatory/quality role
• Comfortable working in English (spoken and written fluency is essential)
