Premier cas d’ablation thyro\u00efdienne au Portugal<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n


Pour r\u00e9sumer nos exp\u00e9riences de la semaine derni\u00e8re, plusieurs \u00e9v\u00e9nements marquants ont rythm\u00e9 notre parcours. Tout d’abord, nous avons r\u00e9alis\u00e9 avec succ\u00e8s notre premi\u00e8re ablation de la thyro\u00efde au Portugal, sous la direction du Dr Teresa Dion\u00edsio<\/a>. Premier cas d’ablation thyro\u00efdienne au Portugal. Cet accomplissement n\u2019aurait pas \u00e9t\u00e9 possible sans votre soutien, et nous vous en remercions chaleureusement.

Notre participation au 7\u1d49 Symposium ISITES sur la fluorescence des parathyro\u00efdes<\/strong>
<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Ensuite, nous avons eu le privil\u00e8ge de participer au 7e symposium de l’ISITES sur la fluorescence parathyro\u00efdienne. Nous avons collabor\u00e9 avec Cardiolink pour sensibiliser le public aux avanc\u00e9es du traitement de la thyro\u00efde. Nous avons particuli\u00e8rement mis en avant les techniques mini-invasives, comme l’ablation par radiofr\u00e9quence avec l\u2019AJ-500A. Cette technologie offre une alternative s\u00fbre et efficace \u00e0 la chirurgie traditionnelle, souvent douloureuse.
<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Durant le symposium, nous avons d\u00e9montr\u00e9 les capacit\u00e9s de l’AJ-500A et ses avantages pour les patients et praticiens. Les chirurgiens ont pu d\u00e9couvrir son \u00e9cran tactile intuitif et ajuster facilement les param\u00e8tres des diff\u00e9rents modes. Parmi ceux-ci, le mode M (Moving Shot Technique) et le mode P (Pulse Mode) avec \u00e9lectrodes de refroidissement internes se sont distingu\u00e9s. Nous avons \u00e9galement pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 le mode A-track (affusion) ou TEMP (contr\u00f4le de la temp\u00e9rature), qui assure pr\u00e9cision et s\u00e9curit\u00e9 gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une \u00e9lectrode \u00e0 injection d\u2019eau.
<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En somme, cette semaine a \u00e9t\u00e9 riche en avanc\u00e9es et en \u00e9changes. Nous sommes impatients de poursuivre cette dynamique et d\u2019am\u00e9liorer encore le traitement des pathologies thyro\u00efdiennes.
